Fraud Awareness

There has been an uptick in fraud cases over the past year such as double-brokering, fraudulent use of MC #'s, fraudulent loads, and fraudulent dispatchers offering unreasonably high-grossing loads.

We mitigate these by working with shippers and brokers to provide a safe transaction between all parties. We have developed our own due-diligence policies to ensure we are working with real brokers and preventing fraud. These policies extend to help brokers see our carriers are legitamate as well.

FMCSA & NSC Compliant Dispatch Service

We adhere to the professional standards for dispatching services as outlined by the regulatory bodies.

With the recent increase in double-brokering, fraud, and scams in the transportation industry we have made it our mission to stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations to ensure we are upholding integrity in the consignment of freight.

Our Dispatch-Carrier agreement strictly outlines what we do with the information required to dispatch your trucks. Under no circumstances will we use your authority to book or broker loads for other carriers. We have a zero-tolerance policy for the misuse of our carriers information.
